July 2, 2013, Mr. Toshimitsu Motegi, Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan and H.E. Mr. Nguyen Minh Quang, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, signed the bilateral document of the Joint Crediting Mechanism (JCM) in Hanoi, Viet Nam. As a result, the JCM will be officially launched in the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, the sixth country after Mongolia, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Maldives.
