The both Lao and Japanese sides (both sides) signed and adopted the Rules of Implementation for the JCM and the JCM Rules of Procedures for the Joint Committee and the both sides conducted the 1st Joint Committee of the Joint Crediting Mechanism between Lao PDR and Japan in Vientiane.
