Japan and the United Mexican States signed the bilateral document to start JCM

July 25th, 2014, Mr.Shuichiro Megata, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the United Mexican States and H.E. Mr. Juan Jose Guerra Abud, Minister of Environment and Natural Resources, signed the bilateral document of the Joint Crediting Mechanism (JCM) in the United Mexican States. As a result, the JCM will be officially launched in the United Mexican States, the twelfth country after Mongolia, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Kenya, Maldives, Viet Nam, Lao PDR, Indonesia, Costa Rica, Palau and Cambodia.
