Japan and the Republic of Moldova signed the Memorandum of Cooperation for establishing the JCM

On September 6th, 2022, Mr. Yoshihiro KATAYAMA, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Republic of Moldova and H.E. Iuliana CANTARAGIU, Minister of Environment of the Republic of Moldova signed the Memorandum of Cooperation on the Joint Crediting Mechanism (JCM) in the Republic of Moldova. As a result, the JCM will be officially launched in the Republic of Moldova becoming the twenty-first partner country after Mongolia, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Kenya, Maldives, Viet Nam, Lao PDR, Indonesia, Costa Rica, Palau, Cambodia, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Chile, Myanmar, Thailand, the Philippines, Senegal, Tunisia, and Azerbaijan.
