On July 6, 2023, Mr. GODA Hideki, Ambassador of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Kyrgyz, and Mr. Azamat TEMIRKULOV, Deputy Minister, Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision of Kyrgyz signed the Memorandum of Cooperation on the Joint Crediting Mechanism (JCM) in Kyrgyz. As a result, the JCM will be officially launched in Kyrgyz becoming the twenty-seventh partner country after Mongolia, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Kenya, Maldives, Viet Nam, Lao PDR, Indonesia, Costa Rica, Palau, Cambodia, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Chile, Myanmar, Thailand, the Philippines, Senegal, Tunisia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Georgia, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan, Papua New Guinea, and the United Arab Emirates.
