Japan and the Republic of Tunisia signed the Memorandum of Cooperation for establishing the JCM

On August 26th, 2022, Mr. HAYASHI Yoshimasa, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan and H.E. Othman JERANDI, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisian Abroad of the Republic of Tunisia signed the Memorandum of Cooperation on the Joint Crediting Mechanism (JCM) in the Republic of Tunisia. As a result, the JCM will be officially launched in the Republic of Tunisia, becoming the nineteenth partner country after Mongolia, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Kenya, Maldives, Viet Nam, Lao PDR, Indonesia, Costa Rica, Palau, Cambodia, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Chile, Myanmar, Thailand, the Philippines, and Senegal.
